"Come-mittment" video involved recording actors (video & sound) and keying them to create a silhouette effect
Sound Effects
Backstage speaker for sounds coming from the other side of the wall ("inside" or "outside" depending on the current location)
Sound of a penny falling off the empire state building and knocking a character unconscious. Created by combining found sounds. (See video excerpt #8 above)
Sound for when Lucy is saved from near-death by the Lord. Created using a sample of a choir.

Sound Reinforcement Design
Vocals
- 9 Countryman B3 mic elements (various mounting methods: elastic halos, threaded through hair)
- 9 Shure SLX wireless receivers
- 24-channel Yamaha analog mixer
Band
- 5-person band in mezzanine up offstage right
- 2 DIs (keyboard, bass)
- set of 4 drumset mics (kick, snare/hi-hat, two overheads)
- Two mics for reed player (clarinet/sax, flute)
A/V Monitors
- speaker above stage pointed straight down (as band monitor for actors)
- small speaker in mezzanine (as vocal monitor for band)
- video feed of stage from camera behind audience to monitor in mezzanine (for conductor to see stage)
- video feed of conductor from camera in mezzanine to a monitor backstage and a monitor behind audience (for actors to see conductor)
